As like me many of us working on Mainframe environment want to develop COBOL codes in their leisure in our home. But we have only option to get a license from IBM and some people could not afford it. So i have tried to get a compiler from different sources and ended up in Microsoft COBOL compiler. The compiler given here as a downloadable format.

This compiler works fine only with 32-bit Windows Operating systems(32-bit Windows 7, 32-Bit Windows Vista, 32-bit Windows XP)
